Lakshitha Saji Prelis is the Director for Children & Youth Programs at Search for Common Ground (SFCG). He has over 20 years’ experience working in various conflict and transition environments in Africa and Asia, with a focus on youth. Prior to joining SFCG, Mr. Prelis was the founding director of the Peace-building & Development Institute at American University, and its satellite Peace-building Institute in Sri Lanka.
